SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Each Kaahiri piece is handcrafted and finished with care. We ask for a little patience โ€” and reward it with something truly one-of-a-kind.

Processing Time

Most pieces are made to order. Once your piece is ready, it is dispatched within 5 working days from our studio. The estimated ready-by date is shown on each product page. If a piece requires longer preparation, we will notify you by email within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Dispatch & Courier Partners

We dispatch domestic orders via our logistics partners (Delhivery). International orders ship via DHL or FedEx. A tracking number is emailed to you once the shipment is handed to the courier.

Delivery Timelines Are Estimates, Not Guarantees

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 4โ€“7 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically takes 7โ€“14 business days. These are best-effort estimates provided by our courier partners. Kaahiri does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, regional disruptions, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

Kaahiri shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, lockdowns, civil unrest, transport disruption, courier service failures, fire or flood. In such cases, delivery timelines will be extended for the duration of the event and customers will be kept informed.

Shipping Charges

โ€“ Domestic orders above โ‚น1,999: Free standard shipping.
โ€“ International orders: Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and associated fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
โ€“ Where an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or failed delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any store credit issued.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Kaahiri is not liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery or loss arising from an incorrect, incomplete or non-serviceable address. Where a parcel is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or is refused by the recipient, a re-shipping fee will be charged before re-dispatch.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse the parcel or record an unboxing video immediately and contact us within 48 hours at care@kaahiri.com (see Return & Exchange Policy โ€” 48-Hour Reporting clause).

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailingย kaahiri.co@gmail.com, provided production has not yet commenced. Once a piece has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
